Clip Joint Apprentice Awards 2011
At the end of each year Clip Joint apprentices participate in an age old tradition of the Clip Joint Apprentice Final Year Project. This year senior staff were blow-away by the standard of work produced by each apprentice. It was clear to all how much time, effort and thought went into each project.
Mentored by Clip Joint Education's Creative Director Johnny Georgiou, the budding stylists were asked to create a 'Total Look' from the Spring/Summer 2012 trends; 70's Glamour, Biker Chick, 60's Ladylike and Punk Fashion. Each apprentice was asked to choose a look, research hairstyles, make-up and clothing and create a 'Total Look'. On their time off each apprentice created their chosen look which was photographed at Clip Joint Educations photographic studio.
Last night proved very exciting as each photograph was unveiled. It was clearly a hard decision for many of the judges, however there was a clear winner and an elated Sally Bell was awarded the Clip Joint Apprentice Award for 2011.
Congratulations Sally for an exceptional picture!
"The standard of work this year was exceptional and it was very inspiring working with Clip Joint's up and coming colourist, stylists and make-up artists" enthused Creative Director Johnny Georgiou.
