Enrolment ProcessIf you are under 18 years of age, you will be required to have a parent/guardian present at any formal appointment (e.g. signing of documentation). Receiving your letter of offer In most cases interested students attend Clip Joint Education for an interview. If you have been successful, a letter of offer is created, requesting a deposit to reserve your position in the course and inviting you in for an induction appointment. Accepting your offer To accept the letter of offer, a deposit is required and you will need to contact Clip Joint Education to create an induction appointment. Contractual arrangements at enrolment On enrolment, an Enrolment agreement is entered into between the student and Clip Joint Education. This contract clearly outlines the rights and obligations of each party with respect to courses, costs and payment arrangements, including conditions for refunds. The policies for study at Clip Joint Education, including policy on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer are clearly explained in this agreement. All students receive a copy of this agreement. Payment of deposit Details of Clip Joint Educations payment options will be out lined in the letter of offer. Further course payment information will be explained at the induction appointment. Safeguard policy Clip Joint Education places all fees paid in advance into a trust account until they are due and payable for the course in which the student is enrolled.
