When did you realise you wanted to work at Clip Joint Education?
I wanted to be the General Manager of a high quality, specialist and passion driven RTO. I found Clip Joint Education and have the pleasure of coaching hairdressing staff, developing new skills, providing feedback and recognition of improvement and achievement.

Best hairdressing experience to date?
Watching highly skilled hairdressing staff teach learners to become confident, WOW the crowd with their hairdressing ability and help learners and customers meet their individual goals.

Your biggest accomplishment?
The pursuit of excellence in education, identifying the major accomplishments of our team and my family and acknowledging individual members who contribute to the accomplishments. Everyone can do it.

Who is your favourite Style icon and why?
Elizabeth Taylor

What is your favourite colour?
Indigo

What advice would you give an aspiring hairdresser?
Aim for the best! Only great hairdressers from high quality and reputable salons are qualified to give the best advice to customers in order to keep their hair and beauty looking the best. The same principles apply to learning and training providers.

What are some of your career goals?
1. Lifelong learning
2. Developing new skills
3. Providing good leadership and management
4. Striving for excellence

Favourite cocktail?
I have a penchant for Grasshoppers! It isn't exactly the most masculine of drinks or even unisex in nature. My wife introduced me to it and has become a like long favourite. I'm not afraid of me feminine side.

Favourite holiday destination?
Sicily - A seductive melting pot, an  island of extremes, extensive history, culture and arts.

When did you realise you wanted to be a hairdresser?
When I was too young to remember!

Vidal Sassoon training in Los Angeles and London.

Your biggest accomplishment?
Presenting a seminar in Melbourne to 700 hairdressers.

Brigette Bardot - sexy and smart.

Suitability - everything is in fashion as long as it suits the individual.

Of course.
