Clip Joint Education provides a supportive environment where the health, safety and welfare of all students are considered. Our staff is experienced and understand that sometimes students from overseas require special social, cultural and educational understanding. Full fee paying students are provided with adequate and appropriate support in matters regarding reception, academic progress, counselling and orientation.
The contact details for a 24-hour contact person will be provided during orientation.
During orientation details about how Clip Joint Education operates are clearly explained. You will receive our Student Handbook that outlines our policies and procedures. You are given the opportunity to ask questions about all the issues that may concern you, including such things as using public transport, English language support, or finding somewhere to live.
Issues covered during orientation include:
- A clear explanation of the school’s working policies and procedures
- Information about student amenities
- Information about teacher’s responsibilities
- Information about student’s responsibilities
- Information about academic progress, including access to remedial assistance when required
